The 16A2101 Mirror Belt® offers coaches the opportunity to educate their players on positional awareness for both offensive and defensive situations. The Mirror Belt® attaches to two players via waist bands, while the belt itself is connected with Velcro® in the middle. If an offensive player successfully moves enough distance from the defender, the Velcro® comes undone.
The 16A2101 Mirror Belt® can also train players on their explosive speed when changing direction, and reaction time to those changes.
